Programs for Educators, Parents, and Students
Our entertaining and informative presentations will invigorate your school, staff, district, or association by re-discovery of childhood energy, re-kindling of imagination, renewal of wonder, release of inner strength, replenishment of resources, and and a rejuvenated individual and corporate spirit.
This two-hour program will help anyone who interacts with children to claim their own power and responsibility by shedding ineffective parenting strategies. Through music, humor, and heart-warming stories, Dr. Nick Abraham will help you resume control of your home, manage strong-willed children, and create a safe, non-shaming environment in which children prosper.
Also available in half-day and full-day workshops for parents, educators, and health-care professionals
- BRIDGING THE GAP - This 90-minute, half-day or full-day event will offer productive strategies to optimize communication between parent and teacher. An incisive analysis of today's societal demands on educators and exploration of common problems, this highly interactive seminar overcomes obstacles to effective problem-solving and unearths self-defeating parenting and/or teaching styles.
- STUDENT ASSEMBLIES - Song captures their attention. Stories deliver important messges about learning, peer acceptance, self-esteem, and the need for authority. Most effective with narrow age groups (grades Pre-K -2, 3-5, 6-8), this uplifting program includes the story of Sushi and Bushi, from planet Arushka, and their timely and poignant message of tolerance and inclusiveness.
- GETTING BACK ON THE BIKE: BUILDING CHARACTER - Resilience and Character come from life! Twists and turns, as well as imbalance and falls. How we handle these episodes is the stuff of character building. How we are handled by those authorities outside us is how we build resilience-The bicycle story proves an excellent model for life!
